Pricing Policies
We always try to give our customers the best possible prices. However, prices of products, as posted on our website or any other published advertisements, are subject to change without notice. Please consult us directly for current pricing.
Stocking Policies
We currently stock most of the items that are offered on our website. However, there are some items that are frequently out of stock, due to their popularity or due to manufacturer’s issues beyond our control. We will gladly order these for you without asking for a deposit. You will be notified when they arrive and we will expect payment in full within 30 days of notification. Upon payment, the item will be sent to you.
We are able to offer the entire line of Deepeeka products. We are also able to carry any items from Daniyal Steel Crafts and we have a special arrangement with them whereby we are the exclusive distributors of certain products that are manufactured especially for us. It there is an item that you would like and do not see listed on our website, please enquire. Your satisfaction is our main goal.
For items that we do not regularly carry, we will need to inquire with the US distributor of Deepeeka (Gift International) as to their availability and expected arrival time, after which you may then place your order. These will be considered special orders and all return policies regarding special orders will apply. A 50% deposit may be required on certain special orders, depending upon availability.
Custom made items, such as the Greek linothorax and Roman scutum, are available on a limited basis, subject to the current backlog of work and the schedule of our armorer / craftsmen. We will ask you for certain measurements in order to insure proper fit and your ultimate satisfaction. Please also be patient with us, as these items take time to produce accurately.
Payment Policy
We accept personal and business checks, money orders, PayPal, and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). For personal or business checks, we will ship purchased items after check has cleared. We frequently offer discounts to customers paying by check or money order. For larger items that require special packaging for shipment, a small handling fee may apply. Please inquire as to these circumstances.

There is also a 50% deposit required on all custom made items, before work will begin. Upon completion of the item, you will be contacted and final payment will be due within 30 days of notification.
Orders delivered within the State of California will be charged CA State sales tax in the amount of 8.25% of your subtotal, prior to shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are not included in our prices, and will be added to your subtotal. We prefer to use UPS, but on occasion, we will be able to use other services, such FedEx, DHL or USPS Priority Mail, if requested. We do recommend adding insurance to all items, since these companies are peopled by human beings, and human beings are fallible by nature.
If items are in stock, they will usually ship within 4 to 6 business days. If items are not in stock, you will be informed of this and then notified when they arrive. Payment will be due within 30 days of notification of their arrival.
In some cases, “drop shipment” may be available so that the item will be shipped directly to you from the US distributor of Deepeeka products. This often saves on shipping costs, in such cases that your residence is closer to the distributor than our warehouse, especially when dealing with larger items. In this case, payment in full is due prior to shipment from the distributor.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Our return policy is designed to guarantee customer satisfaction. If our products do not meet your discriminating tastes, please contact us immediately in order to negotiate a remedy. For most items, we will gladly accept returns in their original condition up to 30 days after their delivery. We will refund your money, minus the cost of shipping. For special orders, there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom made items.
If any item is damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us as we will be able to determine the source of the problem and make arrangements with the proper parties or shipping companies. In the case of items damaged during “drop shipping,” you may be asked to return the item directly to us or to the U.S. distributor of Deepeeka products.
For custom orders, our cancellation policy is as follows. You may cancel your order within 30 days of payment of the 50% deposit and receive a 90% refund of that amount (less 10% processing and work fee), as long as the item has not been completed. If work has been completed on the custom order, cancellation will be accepted, but we will be unable to refund your deposit, as the work on your custom order was fully completed. Our craftsmen cannot be refunded for their lost time.
Cancellations must be in writing and delivered by registered or tracked delivery service. We are unable to accept phone cancellations or email cancellations due to the unstable and unverifiable nature of these methods of contact.
Liability Policy
We do not accept liability for the improper usage of any of our products. While most of our products are fashioned after actual arms and armor which were originally intended for use in deadly combat, we do not recommend that you employ these items in such a manner. While some of the weapons and armor are constructed exactly as the originals, using these in a lethal manner is not in keeping with our modern laws governing the safety of individuals. For those who might use these items for stage or reenacted combat, you do so at your own risk. We take no responsibility for their performance or safety, as they are primarily intended for display or costume elements and not for recreated combat.
